Terms of service

1. Who we are. onifem.com (the "Site") is operated by EHL LEGACY BRANDS LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("ONIFEM", "we", "us"). By visiting the Site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms.

2. Not medical advice. ONIFEM products are designed for comfort and support during recovery. They are not medical devices or treatments. Information on the Site is general and is not medical advice. Always follow your surgeon's or healthcare provider's instructions about which garments to wear, when, and for how long.

3. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.

4. Products, prices and availability. We try to describe products, colors and sizes accurately, but colors may vary by screen and measurements may vary slightly. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We may limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order, including orders with pricing or listing errors; if we cancel a paid order, we refund you in full.

5. Orders and payment. Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when it ships. Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment partners; we do not store full card details. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

6. Shipping. Shipping terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers your order.

7. Returns and exchanges. Returns and size exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy.

8. Your account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account.

9. Acceptable use. You agree not to misuse the Site, including by interfering with its operation, scraping it, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

10. Intellectual property. The ONIFEM name, logo, text and original content on the Site belong to ONIFEM or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

11. Disclaimers. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and products are provided "as is" without warranties beyond those required by law.

12. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ONIFEM is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.

13. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

14. Changes. We may update these Terms. The version posted on the Site when you place an order applies to that order.
